Sponsors and Chefs to Make Fundraiser Best EVER!
This year’s fundraiser has an impressive list of sponsors and supporters, including our Premier Sponsor Ingalls Shipbuilding.  Without the support of these business and industry partners, the Pascagoula River Audubon Center would not be enjoying its eighth year in downtown Moss Point.

Annual donors Chevron and Mississippi Power round out our large donor list with a great group of existing and new business partners. Remember to support those who support PRAC.

New this year will be “small bites” presented by area chefs.  The menu options will range from chicken bombs, to shrimp and grits and even some jambalaya with a signature drink created by 701 Craft Advisory.

Guests in attendance will also be eligible for one of several door prizes including a golf and stay package from Boomtown, locally made pottery, and a signature piece of glassware by Swampgirl Glassblowing.

And a special thanks to the Moss Point Garden Club who is providing table centerpieces that will also be available for purchase.

Make plans to come NOW.  Purchase tickets HERE!

Desperately Seeking Teachers...sort of!
With summer camp quickly approaching, PRAC is once again seeking support of local teachers interested in serving as camp counselors, gaining outdoor experience with different age-group children, and earning CEUs all at the same time!

Camp dates have been released and registration opens today, but to make the camps continually successful, PRAC relies on a host of volunteers. Once again PRAC will partner with the University of Southern Mississippi to offer CEUs for teachers who volunteer. The number of CEUs will be determined soon but should range between 2 to 2.5 per week.

The annual Spring Native Plant sale will be April 21 and 22, and a variety of perennials, shrubs and trees will be available for purchase.  Come walk the grounds and see the native plants in action and choose what works best in your landscape!

A push to make this month more observable in municipalities and school districts in Jackson County is also underway.  Stay tuned for more information!
